Frequently asked questions.

Do you deliver?

Yes, there is a standard $15 delivery fee. Deliveries are made within a 30 mile radius from the ECDI Food Fort. If the delivery address is outside of the 30 mile radius there may be additional $2 fee per mile. Drivers will always notify delivery prior to arrival. If no one answers within 5 min of arriving to requested delivery address - order will then be left at doorstep.

If delivery cannot be made due to weather conditions we will notify you prior to delivery to reschedule.

What is the pick up process like?

All pick up orders will be at the ECDI Food Fort (737 Parkwood Ave, Columbus, Oh 43219). When you arrive at the Food Fort please park on the street, outside of the gate (even if open) and notify us that you have arrived. We will bring your order out to you.

Can I place an order for same day delivery?

Depending on our availability that day, we may be able to accommodate same day delivery. We do suggest and prefer a 2-3 day notice for all orders.

Can items be returned?

Due to the fresh and organic nature of our products, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your order please inform us within 4 hours of pick up or delivery in order to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.

Should my charcuterie be refrigerated?

When your product is received please keep chilled and consume within 2-3 days. It is the responsibility of the consumer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 2 hours, to comply with US food standards. Sprig and Brie Charcuterie will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Sprig and Brie Charcuterie is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please notify us and we will be sure to adjust the ingredients accordingly. NOTE: We are not an allergy free facility. Cross contamination can still happen. Sprig and Brie Charcuterie is not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary restrictions in the booking process.
